Chapter 1.

Background :

When talking about a company surely we will not be able to be far from its name and profit. It’s all things that can be a little annoying, because profits are drastically decreased or materials often change employees within the company. Which should start from scratch, with a lot of money to spend, learning that starts from scratch back as well as their experiences that may not be the same as the company. Inevitably we’re with them.

But when we have done this there are times when a human being that we can not be forced to be together, suddenly left just looking for peace for himself is no longer here. What’s wrong? How’s this? Why did it happen? I’ve been good with you, but why are you leaving? What’s the reason?

Until the company began to realize that every human being has his own life goals, has his dreams as well. It may be a stepping stone for them, but it’s also not a good place to just go. I’m looking for a reason that hasn’t been found until now, the company is confused. Every generation has its flaws but now it’s all so fast that companies have to be on standby whenever an employee just leaves without a load.

Purpose :

I believe that every good deed will produce good too. I want to help the workers out there, to work with the company, help the company win the competition healthily and fight together to raise the company. The company also actually somewhat ruled out the humanitarian side when pursued with fantastic targets that are sometimes far from hopeful and exhausting. It’s not about winning but defense in going through various challenges. The world is changing but whether man can survive here to keep fighting, back again that every human being is different.

The company’s goal is how every employee is committed to continuing to learn, fight, and grow together.

The company wants to provide the widest possible opportunity without any difference, regardless of its shortcomings and wants to explore the advantages of each employee.

As a company convinced it’s a platform for those who want to grow, that’s why everyone who enters the company is a chosen person.

5. Different Culture

Cultural differences are simple things that companies can overcome. Companies should be able to spend time and effort for employees to adapt to the culture, slowly but surely, do not let them slowly leave. This is what happens all the time. The company turned a blind eye to this.

6. People do not leave Organisations, They leave Managers

7. Burnout

This problem is quite complex and often occurs when the company and employees are very sweet and happy at the beginning but the more there is a sharp conflict either in the ignorance of employees or the lack of attention from the company makes each other more stretched.

When employees start losing concentration in work, this is an alarm for the company.

Communication is the main road. In close communication with subordinates, companies must understand this, not from the position level but rather those under one roof means they are family.

A. Ask more deeply during the interview

B. Mistakes are natural

Cultural differences and disrespect for employees are problems that always exist in the team and the company? Why? Because from the beginning there is no explanation of how to work here, then there is an awkwardness that may be eliminated from the new employees as well as from the seniors. Give flexibility in putting together ideas, working together, creating a culture of mutual respect instead of judging when there is a problem.There may also be yoga sessions, chatting together outside of work and it can strengthen each other.

E. Communicate with managers

Employees decide to leave not because of their work, their team or about their salary, but most employees leave because of bad bosses.There is a mailbox that can be written for employees to assess the boss on a monthly basis or there is also a form titled “yang kupendam selama ini” then the company will communicate with the managers to improve their relationship with the employees.

D. The workload is reasonably open

There were times when companies were on the rise and jobs were doing so much. One by one they tell stories about what makes them happy, laugh for a week, whether learning new things, joking with coworkers, going somewhere or something else.

Spread the happiness you have created for others, from here they will hear your experience then curiosity, touch even finally can go together in the future and they can get closer.

The closeness of employees can make the work more quickly completed, because there is encouragement of colleagues and support from the company.

Not only internally but this can also be spread on social media that the company is not always about profit but rather creating pleasure in working, developing, making friends and respecting each other. After telling a story, you have to say “show me a happy story”

Chapter 4

It’s a summary of myself

My major is Human Resource Management, because I really like how human beings can develop, interact, how other human beings value other human beings, then I also enjoy analyzing how humans can behave in bad or good situations even when feeling sad and happy.

Surely everyone has their own way and I love that, then I’m also a person who likes to listen, love to meet new people, talk new things, new experiences that can eventually become good friends.
